About Natalja

Natalja is an organisational change agent and coach, with a wide portfolio of skills. Her primary expertise lays in working with leadership teams and coaching leaders, focusing on their performance, group dynamics, and decision-making patterns. This allows leadership teams to multiply their impact on the organisation and contributes to the personal growth of the leaders involved. Natalja leverages her soft skills of understanding group dynamics, human psychology and coaching, when working with leadership groups.


Natalja is also a knowledgable analytical coach. Her PhD experience, allows her to structure her work based on relevant research, and use this knowledge to understand and bring change to highly complex systems and problem spaces. She applies critical thinking and system thinking approaches to gain better understanding of problem spaces for herself and for others.


Natalja’s key qualities are being action oriented, curious and very positive. Together with her expertise, these qualities allow Natalja to create REAL and SUSTAINABLE change to processes, culture and leaders, positively impacting many people within the organisation.

  • Agile/Lean methods: nearly a decade long experience applying Agile and Lean principles in dynamic world leading organisations with strong product focus.

  • Organisational research: Holds PhD from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) in fields of Information Technology and Organisational science, and experience studying over 50 software development organisations


  • Working with groups: Highly experienced in understanding and improving team dynamics, organisational culture


  • Facilitation and Training: Experienced in designing, and facilitating events for groups for up to 250 people, as well as designing and facilitating focused group trainings.

Some of the challenges that your organisation is facing may be obvious to you. However finding and understanding the root causes of the problems you see on the surface is the most important step for creating real and sustainable improvements. By assessing the organisation, its current state, and future opportunities I can help you unlock its true potential.

Using a wide range of research approaches, including systems thinking and complexity theories, I collect and analyse objective organisational data and define how it can inform wider strategic product and tech decisions.

Agile and Organisational coaching

Going from knowing what you need and want to change in your organisation, to bringing that change to life is always a big challenge. To help you achieve real and sustainable change, or adopt the desired agile principles and culture, I coach teams and organisation by:

  • reviewing and redesigning value stream processes, and decision making processes
  • adopting Agile principles, culture and ways of working
  • cultivating a culture of open feedback and psychological safety
  • encouraging new behaviours patterns and norms
  • following up and adjusting the implemented changes

Coaching leadership teams/ groups

Leadership teams are the most impactful teams in an organisation. Hence, I often partner with leaders to ensure that they have effective collaboration to collectively maximise their impact in their organisation.

My coaching of leadership teams focuses on:

  • defining or clarifying the united team purpose and boundaries,
  • constantly sharing feedback about new and old behavioural patterns,
  • creating environment for open, constructive discussions that result in key strategic decisions.

Individual coaching for leaders

A new leadership role, a growing organization, or increasing demands on your team often require changes in leadership approach, attitudes or behaviours. It is not uncommon that the leadership strategies, tactics and skills that have worked until now, suddenly become ineffective. Working with a professional coach 1:1 would help you advance as a leader and develop specific capacities to meet new or previous challenges.

I am a certified Professional Integral Coach, and I run 1:1 leadership or executive coaching based on Integral Coaching methodology. The coaching program, its focus and length is always custom designed for each individual.

Product coaching

Product is the core of IT companies. I view operational work from the perspective of the product and product development process, which relies on collaboration of multiple functions and stretches through multiple management levels.

I work with product managers and support them to implement product strategies by:

  • capturing customer journey funnel
  • defining product metrics and definition of success
  • visualising customer journey
  • building the product strategy and product narrative from the perspective of the end user
  • shifting focus to the future of your product

Training and facilitation of the events

When you want to bring your small or large team together to reach an important goal, it may be useful to get help of a professional facilitator.

I design and facilitate small and large events, such as offsites, workshops and conferences.
